During your first session, we'll conduct a custom movement assessment to evaluate your mobility and stability, which will guide your initial programming. We'll discuss your goals, complete the assessment, and review the results together. By the end, we'll have a clear plan to help you achieve your goal.
Individualized Programming
Your initial program will be tailored to your specific goals, focusing on enhancing your functional capacity. Your coach will provide one-on-one guidance to ensure each movement is performed properly and safely. As you progress and make improvements, your program will be adjusted accordingly.
Strength & Conditioning
As you progress week over week, your program will evolve to strengthen not only your areas of weakness but also surrounding areas for better functionality and to prevent regression. Improvements throughout your sessions will highlighted where you started, where you're going, and your continued future progress.
