Senior Fit is Back!

We're excited to bring back our popular Senior Fit program this spring, designed to help older adults stay active, healthy, and strong in a supportive and encouraging environment. This 8-week program runs from May 12th through July 3rd and is tailored specifically to meet the needs of seniors who want to build strength, improve mobility, and gain confidence in their movement.

This year, we're offering a special price of $499, making it accessible to invest in your health and wellness. Senior Fit includes four structured workouts each week—held Mondays and Wednesdays at 11:00 AM and Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1:30 PM—so participants have multiple opportunities to be consistent and build lasting habits.
